Hello, friend
I’m Kristen.
I’m the CEO of Thomasino Media LLC, Buddytown Technologies Inc., and Buddytown Consulting LLC, and the author of 23 published works. I’m also Editor-in-Chief of Social Good News and Social Good Magazine, and the creator of The Social Good Experiment.
My professional experience brings together financial technology, data science, real estate, and business strategy. I also work in commercial and residential construction project management with MYT Builders Co LLC, doing business as Energy Star Home Remodeling.

Experience became purpose.
After a traumatic medical experience, I faced severe fibromyalgia, autoimmune disease markers, and full-body weakness. My rehabilitation became a deeply personal lesson in consistency, observation, and the value of community.
I began applying a data scientist’s curiosity to my own experience: tracking patterns, asking questions, and working with healthcare professionals. That journey inspired my writing, advocacy, and The Social Good Experiment.
Today, I share my story to encourage people to explore their own possibilities and to connect with others doing good. My experience is personal, and everyone’s path is different.
